On February 10 I flew Cathay Pacific in Premium Economy from Vancouver International Airport to New York John F. Kennedy International Airport. I was very impressed with the experience, most notably the food.

    Eat your BokChoy…lol to bad the de-icers did such a lousy job and left so much snow on the body of the plane. Awesome report….

    Cathay Pacific also tends to flies much faster than Air Canada. AC548 usually completes the flight between 4.5~5 hours and Cathay complies the flight between 4~4.75 hours. I took CX888 from YVR to JFK on February 26 and heck it took only 4 hours… I didn’t even have enough sleep. XD
